I want every client to feel comfortable and informed. This policy explains how deposits and payments are handled if plans change.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your date and cover preparation time. They can usually be transferred to a rescheduled session.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please get in touch as early as possible. Balances paid in advance, excluding the deposit, may be refunded depending on notice given.
Delivered images
As digital images are a completed product, fees for delivered galleries are non-refundable.
