These terms apply to all photography sessions, courses and services booked with Catch a Moment Studio. By booking a session you agree to the terms set out below.
Bookings & deposits
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. The deposit secures your chosen date and is deducted from the final balance.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled where reasonable notice is given. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details on cancellations.
Image delivery & usage
Edited images are delivered digitally within an agreed timeframe. Copyright remains with Catch a Moment Studio; you receive a personal licence to print and share your images.
